Ways To Get Started

Attend a Government Contracting 101 Training Event

SWCO PTAC's mission is to assist small businesses in selling to local, state and federal government. You may chose to begin with a one-day training session on the basics of government contracting, registrations, set-asides, where to find opportunities, how to use procurement forecasts, as well as marketing tips and tools, such as GSA & State Term Schedules.

Schedule an Initial Counseling Session

SWCO PTAC counseling is a free service. Before or after attending a Government Contracting 101 Training Event, clients should schedule a one-on-one counseling session with their local PTAC office. The initial counseling session usually lasts 2 hours. Clients will need a DUNS Number prior to making an appointment. A DUNS Number can be obtained by going to the D&B website.

To request an appointment, please call Delores Ely at 937-253-0038 or Toll Free at 888-553-6832 (between 9:00am and 11:00am, or after 12:30pm).
