SWCO PTAC 1st ANNUAL EIC AWARDS

 

SWCO PTAC presented the first annual EIC Awards at the January 17 th, 2006, New Client Orientation at the Fairborn, Ohio, Holiday Inn. The EIC Award was created to honor PTAC clients who have shown exceptional efforts in these areas:

  • Educate: Gathering knowledge and passing it on
  • Inspire: Growth in the region; confidence in local businesses
  • Collaborate: Building strong networks; sharing information and technology

The Award was presented to one company from each office in the Southwest Central Region to recognize their accomplishments

2005 EIC Winners

Dayton Award Winner: CDO Technologies Inc
Notable Accomplishment(s):
5 year contract to the Air Force Material Command Robbins Air Logistic for $96M plus 9 other awards totaling $6M.

CDO Technologies was founded in 1995 by Al Wofford, President and CEO. Mr. Wofford had a vision of building an innovative, fast-growing company that could rapidly tap the possibilities of an emerging revolution in communications technology. Today, CDO's products are making progress in government, commercial, and educational markets. Several of them have become industry-wide standards, such as the Tool Accountability System (TAS) product in the United States Air Force.

CDO Technologies offers a full range of innovative, emerging, cost effective and proven information technology services to an impressive array of federal, state, local and commercial customers. These customers include: Procter & Gamble, Lucent Technologies, General Dynamics, Watkins Engineering, the US Air Force, the State of Ohio, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, the Department of the Treasury and the Air Force Institute of Technology.

Cincinnati Award Winner: Advanced Radiology Solutions, LLC
Notable Accomplishment(s): Current contracts with Andrews Air Force Base; Scott Air Force Base; Marianna, FL; Hazelton WV Correctional; and State of Ohio Term Schedule Holder.

Kathy Latham Advanced Radiology Solutions is a woman owned small business, owned and operated by Kathy Latham. Ms. Latham started the company in 2003 with the belief that she could support our nation’s healthcare because she knows and understands the critical mission of our nation’s healthcare providers and the obstacles they encounter each year.

Advanced Radiology Solutions is a National Physician and Healthcare recruitment firm specializing in Radiology. The firm identifies and places professional candidates who possess the qualifications, energy, and talent needed to achieve high standards and exceed client expectations. The staff of Advanced Radiology Solutions has more than fifteen years of combined experience in providing healthcare services to both the US Federal Government and private industry.

 

Columbus Award Winner: Tradesmen Group, Inc
Notable Accomplishment(s): Licking County Courthouse, Orton Hall at Ohio State University, University Hall at Purdue University and Franklin County Fiscal Court.

Melissa and Drew West, founders of The Tradesmen Group, are 3rd generation restoration specialists with a passion for the preservation of historical buildings. They recognize that time-honored buildings are representations of who we are as individuals, a community, and as a country. The company boasts over 200 years of combined experience in restoration.

Headquartered in Dublin, OH, The Tradesmen Group is a service disabled veteran owned small business and has restored historical properties in eleven states in the Midwest. Some of the company’s most notable restoration projects include Licking County Courthouse, Orton Hall at Ohio State University, University Hall at Purdue University and the Franklin County Fiscal Court. The firm focused on education through conversations with federal contracting consultants, other small disadvantaged contractors, corporate agents, bankers, bonding agents and other prime contractors to prepare for government contracting.
